“I usually don’t write reviews for products that I use because I so rarely feel the way I do about Altaro which has far exceeded my expectations. I know this might sound like a paid review or something like that but I just can’t say enough about how much of a pleasure it is to use their VM Backup software for multiple reasons. Being in IT I have learned to appreciate easily available support, it really doesn’t come any easier as there’s a support chat built right into the software. I generally get a helpful support agent within a minute!!!! The next reason is their Products actually work without a ton of management!!
