For landlords, there’s no need to worry, as Perry Estate Agents handles all the necessary paperwork and streamlines the entire rental process. Buyers and tenants, on the other hand, simply need to provide the required documents to proceed with purchasing or renting.
They also offer free property valuation services for those looking to sell or rent, which I particularly appreciate. However, it’s worth noting that this comes with a 0.5% sales fee once you list your property with them.

Clients can also choose between short and long lets, allowing them to customise their lease depending on their needs. Additionally, finding a flatmate is easy and can be done on their website, which I highly appreciate.
What truly impressed me was that clients can even rent hotel rooms through their services at significantly more affordable rates.
However, some clients have reported difficulties getting their deposits refunded after renting, often without clear explanations, which is disappointing.
