One of the best yoga classes I have ever been
Honestly it was one of the best yoga classes I have ever been, and the best start of the day! The class’s level was challanging and still enjoyable all the time, the vibe and energies were very friendly and warmly welcoming. I really appreciated the teacher paying attention to everyone, correcting where it needs and encouraging one by one. And of course practicing by the sea elevated it to another level. I wish my home country had something similar here! Thanks much for the experience!:)❤️

I absolutely loved Merve’s yoga classes! She creates such a calm, positive atmosphere and guides each session with so much care and mindfulness. Her instructions are clear, and she always takes time to help everyone find the right alignment. After every class, I feel both relaxed and energized. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine and grounding yoga experience!

The studios are set up with everything you need, with free mats, props, and even refreshments, so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything.
You can choose a high-energy Vinyasa class when you’re feeling pumped, or switch it up with a calming meditation session on slower days.
Their science-based classes also work for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or want to take your practice deeper.
The main drawback is their strict late arrival policy, since you won’t get in or get a refund if you’re not on time. Also, some people mentioned that customer service isn’t always the quickest to respond if you need help.

Yellow Rock Yoga Gozo offers daily outdoor yoga classes at some of the island’s most beautiful spots, like Xwejni Beach and the Saltpans.
They don’t just stick to regular sessions here. You can join private group classes, meditation, or even sign up for Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training if you want to deepen your practice.
Their sessions are led by qualified Registered Yoga Teachers, so both gentle movers and serious yogis feel right at home.
We recently spent a weekend at one of their retreats and found Yin Yoga right next to the waves to be truly grounding.
But remember that you have to book and pay ahead to grab your spot. Since classes depend so much on the weather, they sometimes relocate or go online if the conditions aren’t great.

Welcome and feel a very tangible benefit from each class
I visit Gozo 5 to 6 times a year to relax and reset, and book Yellow Rock Yoga Gozo every time as a really important part of this. From the very first time I felt and always feel so incredibly welcome and feel a very tangible benefit from each class. My body and spine realigned, my mind calm and restful. The classes are taught in such beautiful locations and I learn something new from each of them. I can’t wait for my next class! I can’t recommend enough, just wonderful 🥰

Always feel de-stressed and utterly relaxed afterwards
Yoga lessons at Yellow Rock Yoga are extremely relaxing. Especially the outside location with sea view is so special. My favourite is Monique’s YIN -Yoga class combined with meditation and stretching. I Always feel destressed and utterly relaxed afterwards. I look forward to returning to Gozo in July and participating in Monique’s yoga classes! Can’t wait!

The heating helps release my muscles while doing yoga
I love this place, it’s warm and cosy, Kat is super sweet and a small community is building up. There are a variety of ages and genders joining. You even get to drink tea together before and after class. The heating helps release my muscles while doing yoga so I really felt it helped to slowly get me back to the mat. Definitely recommend it 🙂 6 stars 😉🫶🏼

The class was really empowering
Big detox in my first session of WARM FLOW with the amazing Kat yesterday.
The place and the instructors make you feel comfortable since you come in, and the class was really empowering.
If you haven’t practice yoga, there is no problem, I would say this is challenging but still an accesible level.
Your body deserves to try this!!!
