That’s why I gathered my team to find the best real estate consultants in Malta. After all the searching and interviews, these are the ones we found most promising to help you secure the best option and avoid settling for less.

Real estate consultants in Malta charge a commission fee of 3.5% to 5% of the property selling price, plus 18% VAT. For rentals, agents usually charge 10% of one year’s rent + VAT.
